Susanna Wallumrød is the singer and founder of the Norwegian duo Susanna and the Magical Orchestra, founded in 2000. Together with Morten Qvenild she has released the following albums:
"List of Lights and Buoys" from 2004, "Melody Mountain" from 2006 and "3" from 2009. In between working with the duo, Susanna started to also perform as Susanna and has released one album called "Sonata Mix Dwarf Cosmos" in 2007 and another album called "Flower of Evil" in 2008. All of these five albums, released on the Norwegian label Rune Grammofon, reflects Susanna's great song writing and interpretation skills, as they contain both her personal versions of cover songs and her own beautiful songs.
And all five of these albums has received outstanding reviews and is highly acclaimed throughout Europe and in the States.

Susanna is now releasing a brand new cover-version of Roy Harper's "Twelve Hours of Sunset". Beautifully transformed into Susanna's mythical and sparse landscapes, this is a worthy celebration-greeting to the 70th jubilee of the great songwriter Roy Harper. The version is performed by Susanna on vocals, piano + + and Helge Sten on guitar ++, produced by Susanna and Deathprod. Susanna has had the pleasure of hearing Harper in concert several times, and is very much looking forward to the celebration-concert in Royal Festival Hall in London 5th of November.
Susanna has previously released two cover-versions of other Roy Harper-songs, "Forever" released on "Flower of Evil" from 2008 and "Another Day" released on "3" in 2009.
